Austin Pieratt Esq.
Founder & Managing Attorney
Austin was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Information Systems, before pursuing his passion for law at Oklahoma City University School of Law. After earning his Juris Doctor, Austin became licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and chose to make the state his home.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys music, sports, spending time with family, and his faith.
Tripp Walcher
Attorney
Tripp was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Putnam City North High School. He attended Oklahoma State University, earning degrees in Marketing and Sports Management, before completing law school at the University of Oklahoma. After earning his Juris Doctor and Oklahoma law license, Tripp gained valuable experience in insurance defense prior to joining AP Injury Lawyers.
Outside of work, Tripp enjoys cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, playing golf with his dad and brother, attending live music events, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Taylor Wallner
Attorney
Taylor grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He attended Arkansas Tech University, where he played collegiate golf and earned his undergraduate degree, before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Taylor is licensed to practice law in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Taylor brings a strong sense of community, attention to detail, and dedication to his clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the lake, and supporting the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Elaina Russell

Elaina was born and raised in Oklahoma City and has nearly ten years of experience in legal, billing, and insurance-related work. She has been a valued member of the AP Injury Lawyers team for the past two years, working closely with attorneys and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
When she is not in the office, Elaina enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and traveling.
Ana Macias

Ana was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at a young age. She graduated from Northeast High School and attended Oklahoma State University, where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Enterprise. Her background includes experience in restaurant management, medical back-office operations, and legal assisting.
Ana is fluent in Spanish and assists Spanish-speaking clients throughout the legal process. She is a proud mother of three and is passionate about helping others, her faith, food, and family.
