Austin Pieratt Esq.
Founder & Managing Attorney
Austin was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management of Information Systems, before pursuing his passion for law at Oklahoma City University School of Law. After earning his Juris Doctor, Austin became licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and chose to make the state his home.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys music, sports, spending time with family, and his faith.
Ernest "Tripp" Walcher
Attorney
Tripp was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from Putnam City North High School. He attended Oklahoma State University, earning degrees in Marketing and Sports Management, before completing law school at the University of Oklahoma. After earning his Juris Doctor and Oklahoma law license, Tripp gained valuable experience in insurance defense prior to joining AP Injury Lawyers.
Outside of work, Tripp enjoys cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, playing golf with his dad and brother, attending live music events, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
Taylor Wallner
Attorney
Taylor grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He attended Arkansas Tech University, where he played collegiate golf and earned his undergraduate degree, before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Taylor is licensed to practice law in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Taylor brings a strong sense of community, attention to detail, and dedication to his clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the lake, and supporting the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Scott Caldwell
Attorney
Scott Caldwell is an Oklahoma City native with a diverse background and a well-rounded perspective on the practice of law. He graduated from Western Heights High School before attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Education. During his undergraduate studies, Scott also attended the Sorbonne in Paris, France, which sparked a lasting appreciation for French language and culture.
Before becoming an attorney, Scott began his professional career in education, teaching music and humanities at Mustang High School. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
Scott began his legal career in insurance defense, where he gained valuable insight into how claims are evaluated, defended, and litigated. He now uses that experience to strategically advocate for injured clients and help them navigate the legal process with confidence.
Outside of the office, Scott enjoys scuba diving, playing and listening to music, spending time with family, and working to improve his golf game.
Elaina Russell
Case Manager
Elaina was born and raised in Oklahoma City and has nearly ten years of experience in legal, billing, and insurance-related work. She has been a valued member of the AP Injury Lawyers team for the past two years, working closely with attorneys and supporting the firm’s continued growth.
When she is not in the office, Elaina enjoys spending time with her children, reading, and traveling.
Ana Macias
Case Manager
Ana was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at a young age. She graduated from Northeast High School and attended Oklahoma State University, where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Enterprise. Her background includes experience in restaurant management, medical back-office operations, and legal assisting.
Ana is fluent in Spanish and assists Spanish-speaking clients throughout the legal process. She is a proud mother of three and is passionate about helping others, her faith, food, and family.
Victoria Gibson
Case Manager
Victoria was born in Texas and moved to El Reno, Oklahoma, at the age of five. She graduated from El Reno High School before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She obtained her paralegal certification in 2003 and later returned to school in 2013 to become a registered nurse.
With more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, including both personal injury and insurance defense, Victoria brings a unique and valuable perspective to the firm. Her extensive medical knowledge, combined with her legal background, allows her to provide meaningful insight and support for both the team and the clients they serve.
Outside of the office, Victoria and her husband, Kyle, never miss a Sooner football game. They can often be found at the golf course, serving at Life.Church, or trying new restaurants around town.
Heather Vaughan
Bookkeeper
Heather was raised in Choctaw, Oklahoma, and graduated from Choctaw High School. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in Economics, from Oklahoma City University, followed by a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
Heather brings a diverse academic and professional background to the firm, with experience in public accounting, federal auditing with the IRS, and private firm accounting. Her work has included preparing tax returns, managing financial reporting, and helping ensure compliance with complex regulations.
Heather is passionate about continuous learning and takes pride in bringing both technical knowledge and practical insight to her work. She approaches each task with a solutions-focused mindset and is dedicated to supporting clients and the continued growth of the firm.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys painting canvases, spending time with family, and traveling whenever she can.
